FIRST STEP TO CHANGE
Our journey together begins with a discovery meeting. This 30-minute conversation is designed to see if we are a good fit and if I will be able to support you on your journey.
First, I will listen to your succinct story about what brings you in and probably ask a few questions to better understand the situation. Then I will talk about my vision for the cooperation and answer your questions, if you have any. After the meeting, I will send you a summary and give you the available dates, from which you will choose the most convenient for you.
It is worthwhile for you to prepare for this conversation. It is helpful to write a letter to yourself. There, you can describe the biggest challenge that you are facing right now – how do you perceive it, what do you struggle with, what do you think about it, what is annoying you the most. This will help you organize your thoughts, and then see how your perspective / perception has changed. It’s also a good idea to write down the questions that bother you and that you’d like to ask, so that you don’t forget any of them.
SESSION FLOW
We begin each session with a moment of meditation to settle into here and now after a busy day and get in touch with yourself. Then we talk briefly about the challenge you’d like to work on.
And then we get to business!
During the meeting, we focus primarily on locating the cause of your blockage and then dissolving the emotions associated with it. We also release old programs blocking you from acting in this area. Each session is individual and tailored to your needs. We work using your discoveries, listening to our hearts and intuition, using a variety of tools that I work with.
We end the session with a short meditation, a summary and a discussion of “homework” that will allow you to change your current patterns and embark on new paths in your life. It is worth mentioning that our discussions may include various themes, such as those related to your childhood, desires or difficult situations in your life, but it is not psychotherapy.
How to prepare for a session? It’s a good idea to make a list (for yourself) of things you like and things you don’t like about yourself; what would you like to change and work on; what beliefs you have and whether they support or block you. Think about whether there are any affirmations or principles that you would like to be true for you, that you would like to believe in and live by. It’s also a good idea to take a picture of your face before and after the session.
Your full commitment is required for cooperation – without it, you cannot progress.

Emotion Code Session
I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. During the session, we will briefly discuss the challenge you would like to work on. Then while working with the Emotion Code method we will dissolve up to 10 emotions related to your challenge.
Session duration: 45 min

Tipping Method (Radical Forgiveness) Session.
I am a Coach of the Tipping Method, also known as Radical Forgiveness. During the six sessions, I teach you how to use the RF tools so that you can deal with your challenges on your own in the future.
Of course, if you are familiar with the tools and just need support and to have someone you trust look at your challenge from a different perspective, you are also welcome to attend the session.

PSYCH-K® Session
I am one of the Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitators.
During the session, we work using the PSYCH-K® method. We work on dissolving stress and changing limiting beliefs at the subconscious level, where at least 95% of our mind works.

Author Session
During the session, I use all the methods I work with. I also use the knowledge I have gained from various consciousness development workshops, including the David R. Hawkins method of release. I choose tools intuitively, matching them to your challenge.

Gorąco polecam Polaris Zmiany i metodę PSYCH-K® z którą pracuje Eliza. Szybko i skutecznie pomogła mi ona w rozpuszczeniu stresu i żalu związanego ze śmiercią ukochanej kotki.
